American Woman

https://www.etsy.com/listing/485612923/american-woman-8x10-art-print-election?ref=shop_home_active_1

Inspired by the 2016 Presidential election. Women make up half the population, in turn - hold half the votes.
That power should never be underestimated, ignored or demeaned.

A special thank you to the American Suffragettes who fought for our right to be heard - and counted!

The Suffragette

The newest addition to my ongoing Vintage Closets series.
A tribute to the women who marched before us... and for us!

They marched encumbered by layers and layers of clothing, and certainly not the most comfortable shoes.  Many shoes to keep her feet going.

They stood for what they believed.

And, they changed the world!
